ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Travel and uniforms costs are an additional expense and vary by program
- Oregon Surf has a Zero Refund Policy. Refund Protection and Accident (Injury) Insurance is recommended and available to purchase during member registration.
PAY IN FULL TERMS
- Full balance is due by May 20th, 2026.
- A $20 non-refundable deposit/service fee paid by credit or debit required for registration.
- Payment methods available are 1) ZELLE or 2) CHECK

- Check payment: mail to 8375 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Ste 100, Portland, OR 97225
PAYMENT PLAN TERMS
- $400 deposit due May 20th, 2026 and installments due the 10th of each month, June 2026-February 2026
- Adjusted payment plan schedules are available upon request. Complete registration and deposit first, then contact club office at hello@oregonsurf.org to request adjustments to your payment plan schedule.
